Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a confidential and offers a supportive space to explore what feels difficult and to better understand recurring patterns. The goal is to then build new skills to support positive, sustainable change. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, my approach takes a broader view of your experiences, relationships, and life context to better understand what is shaping what you are going through.

Working Toward Meaningful Change

Together, we work to identify underlying patterns, triggers, and maintaining factors that influence how these challenges show up in daily life. This may include exploring long standing beliefs, coping strategies that are no longer effective, or difficulties related to transitions, stress, relationships, or self regulation. Throughout the process, I place strong emphasis on building awareness, developing effective coping tools, and strengthening skills that support psychological flexibility and resilience. Individual counseling is a collaborative process aimed at helping you better understand yourself and respond more intentionally to any challenges. By doing so, our aim is to create meaningful, long-term change over time.
