Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by The Emotion Studio. By purchasing or booking services, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloadable worksheets, educational materials, and recorded content, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the materials have been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be issued after delivery.
Individual Consultations
Individual psychological consultations are reserved time commitments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Workshops, Groups, and Events
For workshops, group programs, speaker events, or educational sessions, refund eligibility and cancellation terms will be specified at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, fees for these services are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
Corporate and Organizational Services
Corporate workshops, trainings, and organizational consulting services are provided under separate agreements. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling terms for these services are governed by the terms outlined in the respective contract.
Service Limitations and Disclaimer
The Emotion Studio provides psychological consultation and therapeutic support within a defined, non-emergency scope. Outcomes from services vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results or benefits. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, perceived effectiveness, or personal progress.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased digital product, please contact info@theemotionstudio.com. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access issues; however, this does not guarantee a refund.
Legal Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Emotion Studio reserves the right to deny refunds in accordance with this policy. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights where such rights cannot be waived under applicable law.
