At The Emotion Studio, my work is rooted in the science of emotions and shaped by evidence-based psychological techniques. But it's also guided by something simpler: the belief that you can't understand a person by looking at merely one part of them.

The Whole-System Method of Well-Being is built on this idea. Mind, sleep, body, intake, and meaning. These don't exist in separate, independent corners of your life. They talk to each other constantly. When we learn to read those conversations, we stop chasing symptoms and start addressing what's actually driving them.

I'm also committed to staying at the forefront of the field, consistently reading and integrating the newest research so that the work we do together reflects what we actually know today, not what was published a decade ago.

Every plan is tailored to where you are right now, with honest attention to where you've been and genuine curiosity about where you want to go. And for those who want to go deeper on their own, or complement their work with a therapist, I've developed a growing library of premium, psychologist-developed digital resources designed to make this work accessible beyond the session.
